Deliveries & Returns
It is essential that you keep all the packaging.
Items can only be considered for return, re-packed in the original packaging. We cannot accept any items for return that are not in their original packaging.
If within 7 days of receiving your purchase you wish to return or exchange an item, email our product support team - support@irobic.co.uk to obtain a RA Number (Returns Authorisation Number). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number.
Once received you have 7 days to send back the item(s) you need to exchange, or return, to arrive back at the designated address on the RA Number form.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped back unused & disassembled and arrive in ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging. You will be charged for items received back that, when inspected, are found to have been used or built.
Special order & /or equipment customised to customer specifications, is not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges on returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Please note, special offer & promotion goods purchased are exchanged only at the at the sales managers discretion.
Order Cancellation/Refused Deliveries
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. However, any costs incurred by iRobic Ltd will be deducted from the refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred. Unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. You are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred & a re-stocking fee of 15% if you refuse a delivery for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit. This includes refusals due to access.
Restricted Access
iRobic Ltd. must be informed of any access restrictions for the delivery vehicle. This includes, though not limited to, internal & external steps, obstructions including trees, steeply inclined & declined driveway and entrances, narrow lanes, tight bends that may prevent the delivery vehicle gaining access to the point of delivery. iRobic Ltd. will not accept any claims for compensation arising from a failed delivery of any item where iRobic Ltd. was not made aware by email to orders@irboic.co.uk of any access restrictions prior to placing your order. In the event of non-delivery due to access restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges and a re-stocking fee of 15%. If you are unsure of the access please contact us before placing your order
